Textile Development is a symbolic representation of rebellion. The textiles is weaved using raffia (paper) and mauli (traditional hindu) threads.The paper or raffia textiles are made using paper pulp and symbolises the rebellion of current society against the ongoing climate crisis. On the other hand, mauli threads embody the willpower and dedication of the Ramnami community in their pursuit of spiritual freedom. As the textile unfolds, it prompts a thought-provoking question: Who will be the Ramnami for our dying planet?
